Hah Wei Xuan

Wei Xuan has always been interested in working with children in varied settings since a very young age. She believes that every child has the potential to grow and succeed when given the proper support and education.

In the early days of her career, Wei Xuan had opportunities to work with children with ASD, where she was involved in planning and conducting interventions while supporting classes. It sparked her journey into special education and she hasn't looked back since. That experience also strengthened her understanding of using evidence-based strategies to tailor individualised support. Wei Xuan values close collaboration with parents and key professionals to recognise children's needs and effectively address behaviours.

Wei Xuan's mission is to always provide a safe and positive learning space for children to reach their fullest potential!

Outside of work, Wei Xuan enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as volunteering within the community.
